Upon graduating, Darrius was promoted to full-time and soon selected for the MIT (Managers in Training) program, a fast-track leadership role reserved for top performers. By the age of 20, Darrius became a Store Manager for Footaction at Valley View Mall in Dallas, Texas. During his time in retail management, he was trained by highly experienced sales professionals and developed a strong foundation in customer service, relationship building, and delivering an exceptional consumer experience. Over several years, the road to the sale and the blueprint of successful business operations became second nature to him. Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to elevate his career, Darrius transitioned into the automotive industry—following in the footsteps of his father, an Internet Sales Manager, and his brother, a Finance Manager at another dealership. With their guidance and industry insight, he has continued to sharpen his skills and expand his knowledge of the car business.
